     Good morning.  I'm trying to update my Maxisys and all is good to the point of down loading the updates.  I get the message "down load failed" retry.  So I do retry and it fails again.  Many reboots later, still not working.  Any ideas?  Thank you, Dwight.

    Go to the FAQ link in main menu and scroll to the bottom link, that should fix your
    problems.

    If that doesnt fix the problem try another location. I have had problems in the past with
    not updating at work but works fine at home. Also autels server is very slow and may
    need to try to download in off peak hours.

     Call US tech help today and they said server was down

     Thank you for all the replys.  I kinda figured their servers were down.  I wish Autel would have posted this on their web page.  Would have save me a lot of time and trouble trying to figure it out.  Thanks again, have a great day.  Dwight

    Had same problem, in addition if I tried to update all it would shut down the maxisys app and couldn't get back in unless I rebooted. I found after rebooting I could update if I selected one car at a time
